Handicare is a licensed childcare facility. We are licensed by the State of Iowa and follow all the rules and regulations as spelled out by the Child Care Licensing Standards. You may request of copy of these standards at the front desk or they are available from the DHS website as Chapter 109 of the administrative rules. The policies and procedures in this manual are specific to our program.
